These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of S4Talent (the “Service”) at https://s4talent.com.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent you’re authorized to bind that company.

• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may not share accounts in a way that violates law or these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information (especially if you publish a public profile).

The Service allows you to create a profile describing your skills, experience, availability, and other professional information.

If you enable “public” visibility, parts of your profile may be accessible to visitors and searchable on the internet.

You control what you publish. Do not include sensitive personal data in public fields.

The Service may display endorsements (👍 votes), leaderboards, and ranking metrics (such as an “S4 Index”).

• Rankings are informational and may change as data changes.
• We don’t guarantee any ranking accuracy or outcomes (e.g., hiring results).
• Manipulation is prohibited (e.g., fake accounts, vote rings, automation).

Challenges are designed to be educational, fun, and community-driven. If you submit challenge answers, you represent they are your own work (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

We may display your submissions publicly depending on your settings and the challenge format.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or dox others.
• Upload malware or attempt to break/scan the Service.
• Scrape or harvest data at scale without permission.
• Manipulate rankings (fake votes, bots, coordinated abuse).
• Post false/misleading professional claims (certifications, employment, projects).
• Spam users or submit unwanted marketing.

We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the Service and community.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile text, challenge answers), but you grant us a license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and any consequences of publishing it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in jobs, contracts, interviews, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S4Talent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, some of the above may not apply.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
